This document explains the Security Policy relating to the rules of confidentiality in the processing of personal data (Privacy Policy) implemented on this WEB Site, in implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679 - RGPD - regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data of the interested parties in order to allow Users who consult this Site to understand the methods of data management and how our staff complies with the obligations of the EU Regulation.
The manager of this site, henceforth the Data Controller of Personal Data, protects the confidentiality of your personal data and guarantees them the necessary protection from any event that could put them at risk of infringement.
To this end, the Data Controller implements policies, guidelines and good practices relating to the collection and use of personal data and the exercise of the rights recognized by current and binding legislation. The Data Controller takes care to update the policies and practices adopted for the protection of personal data whenever this is necessary and, in any case, in the event of regulatory and organizational changes that may affect the processing of your personal data.
The Data Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer (RPD or in English Data Protection Officer or DPO) who you can contact if you have questions about the policies and/or practices adopted and/or exercise your rights.
Pursuant to and for the purposes of Chapter II (Principles) and Chapter III (Rights of the interested party) and, in particular, Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, in relation to the obligation to inform the interested parties (i.e. the natural persons to whom the personal data refer) and, where the conditions exist, for the collection of Informed Consent for the processing of the Users' personal data, this document is a disclosure given to all those who, in their capacity as interested parties, access to the Site to consult its pages, to those who communicate by sending emails to the addresses possibly indicated in the sections of the Site, as well as fill in electronic forms to request information and/or services offered; naturally, this information is provided exclusively for this Site and not for other Sites that can be reached through any connections (links) present in its pages.
Therefore, the editorial team of the site, and owner of the processing of personal data, as data processing manager, in the persons specified below, provides the following information with the kind request to the interested parties to read it carefully before forwarding any type of information staff and/or fill in any electronic form on the Site.
To guarantee the protection of confidentiality and avoid loss or destruction of data, unauthorized accesses, treatments that are not compliant or prohibited by law, the most stringent security measures are applied to the Site with constant updates aimed at guaranteeing the state of the art required by the RGPD .
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some data of a technical and computer nature whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (TCP/IP suite) and which are collected and used in an aggregated and anonymous manner for the sole purpose of improving the quality of the service and providing statistical information concerning the use of the Site; these data are not used for the purpose of identifying Users and are canceled immediately after their processing.
This category of data includes IP (Internet Protocol) addresses or any domain names of the computers used by Users who connect to the Site, the type of viewer (browser), the name of the ISP (Internet Service Provider) of the User, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the Site, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the Site (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the User's operating system and IT environment.
The data in question could be used to ascertain civil and criminal liability in the event of any computer crimes against this Site (such as, for example, for blocking attempts to damage it); except for this eventuality, generally the data on web contacts and the data used for security purposes are kept for the time strictly necessary to carry out the specified activities and, in any case, are not kept for more than thirty days from their collection.
Upon first access to the site, consent to tracking via cookies is requested. The user is then able to opt out of being tracked.
This WEB Site incorporates plugins and/or buttons that depict the icons of well-known social networks (for example Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for connecting to social networks in order to allow easy sharing of institutional contents on your favorite social networks.
These buttons allow users who are browsing the Site to interact directly with the institutional information published on the social networks depicted therein with a click; in this case the social network acquires the data relating to the user's visit, while the Data Controller will not share any navigation information or user data acquired through its Site with the social networks accessible thanks to the social buttons/widgets.
These buttons are programmed so as not to set any cookies when accessing the page, to safeguard the privacy of Users; possibly, cookies are set, if so provided by social networks, only when the user makes effective and voluntary use of the plugin.
Consider that if the User browses, being logged into the social network, then he has already consented to the use of cookies conveyed through this Site when registering with the social network.
The User of this Site, in his capacity as an interested party, enjoys the rights enshrined in Chapter III of the RGPD described in Article 15 to Article 22 for which according to the methods and within the limits established by the Regulation at any time and free of charge and without charges and special formalities for your request you can exercise the following rights:
• request confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him (right of access);
• know its origin;
• receive intelligible communication;
• have information about the logic, methods and purposes of the processing;
• request the updating, rectification, integration, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those no longer necessary for the pursuit of the purposes for which they were collected;
• in cases of treatment based on consent, receive your data provided to the Data Controller, in a structured and readable form by a data processor and in a format commonly used by an electronic device;
• the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
Naturally, the User has the right to object to the processing of his personal data if he believes that they have been collected for irrelevant reasons or for the purpose of sending unsolicited promotional or advertising material.
All requests concerning the exercise of one's rights as an interested party and/or information can be transmitted without formalities and in written paper or electronic form to the Data Protection Officer or directly to the Data Processing Officer of this Local Office, indicating in the subject " RGPD – Exercise of the rights of the interested party”.
Having ascertained the adequacy of the request, the Data Controller will proceed with the response without delay and, in any case, at the latest within one month of receiving your request; the deadline may be extended by two months, if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests received by the Data Controller and in such cases the Data Controller, within one month of receiving the request, will inform you and inform you of the reasons for the extension .
Likewise, in the event of a violation of the law, the User has the right to submit a written and reasoned complaint to the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data (GPDP), as the Authority in charge of control by the Italian State.
